In the early 1980s, Robert Cargill led the team that founded ANC Express (www.anc.co.uk), a logistics firm that today operates 2200 vehicles out of 105 locations throughout the United Kingdom, and which employees more than 4000 people. In 1994, Robert sold his interest in the firm. Dabbling in real estate investment, he discovered some little known trade secrets, and within a few short years he built up a portfolio of eight figures. Today, as CEO of PropertyPower.net and The UK Property Warehouse, Robert is one of England's most prominent property investment advisors. He gives public and private lectures on property investment throughout the country, and he publishes dozens of magazine and newspaper articles each year. Since 1994, he has volunteered as a Business Advisor to The Prince's Trust, where he passes on his extensive experience to business start-ups within the Trust.
