Elmer Jackson

American lynching victim (1898-1920)

In 1920, Elmer Jackson, Elias Clayton, and Isaac McGhie, three circus roustabouts, were accused of assaulting a white woman and lynched in Duluth, Minnesota. The three were later exonerated of any connection to the woman's attack.
