On This Very Spot is operated the Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality, which trains students in the restaurant and lodging industries.

On This Very Spot is located the Kemmons Wilson Gallery, which includes hundreds of historical photographs and artifacts tracing the life and career of the Holiday Inns founder.
